sir my son 3 year old.he is a tendency to eat small small piece stone and dust .why is happening so and please suggest remedy for this.

it happens because of nutritional deficiencies
so please visit your pediatrician for once
give Healthy diet especially calcium and iron rich food more
give Sunbath for 20 minutes a day
avoid giving RO water
visit your pediatrician for once
