avoid processed and packaged foods.
include all the food groups like whole grain , dals and pulses, milk and milk products , seasonal fruits and vegetables.
avoid force feeding. include small and frequent meals.

Give Home made nutritious food and balanced diet including carbohydrates proteins mineral calcium vitamin etc. Give suji kheer oats kheer mashed potatoes mashed banana apple puree khichdi daliya seasonal fruits and vegetables soups crambled eggs mashed edli etc.
Give what you eat at your home. This is really important. Sit together and eat together.
