my child is 18 month plz send me diet plan about me

A. Dear mum, for your diet, have small frequent meals during the day. Have homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. Have proteins like eggs, beans, pulses, milk and milk products like curd. You can have non veg foods like chicken. Have healthy fats from nuts like almonds and flaxseed. Have adequate fluid intake and stay hydrated.
