give 3 meals which are substantial including rice, roti , basically cereals, with veggies , dals so proteins are also covered.
then snacks should be again healthy comprising of fruits, variety of recipes. easy to munch on. try finger foods too.

as your child is 3 year old,offer variety of food items from different food groups like vegetables, fruit, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc
offer green leafy vegetables, citrus fruits more
keep your child well hydrated.
avoid giving RO water
provide apt sun light at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
