sir,my kid is 4months old.he has been pooping in green colour since 15 days.and stools are watery and 5 to 6 since 4 days. is this concern? and what to do?

Don't worry about green stools because it is very commonly seen if your baby is having mild cold and cough or drinks formula milk.
Moreover the consistency and the frequency of stool matters more than the colour.
