Breakfast 1 egg n 1 glass of banana shake
snack time : nuts like almond n cashew
lunch:chapati aloo ki sabzi/dal/palak paratha/aloo ka paratha/rice
evening time: milk / any fruit/,dates
dinner: jam roti roll/egg roti
should I change or this is enough ?can u please suggest some nutritious food

For healthy development, it is important to include fresh and home cooked foods in baby's diet and restrict intake of sugar, fried and packaged foods alongwith variety of fluids like water, buttermilk, fresh juices and coconut water. Engage her in physical activities like running, jumping, hanging, cycling and other outdoor games. Limit screen time and avoid games involving sitting for longer time.
