Q.

sir my daughter had 102 fever 8 days back then with course of antibiotic it subsided but now in the evening usually she has temperature around 99.6 plz tell is it normal she is having slight cold niw

A. These kind of fever are usually Viral in nature . You must give paracetamol containing medicine to baby at 6 hourly for 1 day, if fever does come down to base line you must add meftal p syrup for that spike.you can do tepid sponging with Luke warm water.
