sir my csection 2months completed but i m getting lot of weakness lots of backpain any supplement for me for hairfall for glowing skin I need supplements

Sowmya MMom of a 11 yr 6 m old girl2 years agoA. hello actually after delivery nothing is required no cream nothing you have to take good supplement supplements are important like calcium and vitamin you can consult your gynecologist doctor apart from that good in take of food rest good heart fermentation bathing along with your baby even you have to sleep complete three month in the bed taking good nourishment food everything matters a lot
