sir my baby is premature born, in 32 weeks , feeding on formula milk, now age 7 month, weight 4.5 kg in 5.5 month. today's weight not known. when and what I should feed her. water also not started yet, as per dr advice. only weight issue otherwise she don't have any issues regarding her health.

Hi Mom Give two liquid diet followed by BM or formula milk Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals protein rich nutritious food Make meal time fun with toys and story Give healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
