NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy2 years agoA. hello potatoes basically helps in the growth if your child and on a daly basis ok not a problem but if gaining too much then avoid on a daily baiss and otherwise not a prob and any concern then it is better to check with your doctor and he can guide u accordingly
