sir my baby is 10 month old and she is suffering from fever and cough. I have given a paracetamol drop and nasal drop for cough but she is not feeling well and her fever also not going. sir... pls suggest me what should I do for my baby... I m living in a rural area there is no pediatricians are available near to me..
