Sir my baby boy is 3 yrs old but he is still not taking solid foods and can't speak only sometimes he speak mamma,papa,bye etc not more than that,he is hearing everything but not responding to it,what we hv to do plz suggest.

A. hi mom don't worry speak slowly with him gradually he will pick up.words let him recitee or listen to rhymes give good proteins and calories for appropriate growth
