Q.
sir, my baby boy had fallen down a week ago from sofa by back . but his activity is normal after a day. he is fine. but my worry is that- he has not any internal injury which harmful for future. his behave and activity is normal. please suggest . I little worry. which medicine given him when he face some head injury like fallen down. please guide

if you're child is happy and healthy and active and take proper sleep and food then no need to worry about it
please give proper rest
if you're child have any discomfort like vomiting please consult with your pediatrician
