i was 36 th week pregnant but still baby head not down. is that a problem? .

The head when it is going to come down and take the position you would probably be labour by then you are still left with three weeks ahead is going to take it safe you have enough time left and it is not necessary that you will deliver on the estimated date sometimes it can take a week or two more than that
