Q.

hello I am 36 weeks pregnant now... but the fetus head position is breech... then what to do for baby head down position ???

A. breech presentation- there is nothing to worry about as the baby grows very well during the pregnancy it's just that you need to go for a cesarean section delivery in this case

A. Some breech babies turn themselves naturally in the last month of pregnancy. The chance of this happening gets lower as time goes on. If your baby is in a breech position at 36 weeks, your doctor or midwife might suggest you an ECV, or external cephalic version after 37 weeks.
