#AskTheExpert my 7 month baby girl is fall down from bed before one week i am worry about this is any effect? But my baby girl activity is normal.

ExpertDr.Sabiha AnjumObstetrician and Gynaecologist4 years agoA. if the baby is active and did not have any episodes of bleeding from nose unconsciousness or uncontrollable crying then you need not worry about anything. kids have these kinds of accidents alot

If there is no sign of pain, fever etc in 24 hour then don't worry. Next time be careful. Use all protection. Give nuts like cashew almond pista chuhare etc for good immunity and strength once baby completes 1 year.
Give Home made nutritious food. Try using Babyhug fruits nibblers
