Sir My baby 10months running (preterm baby 32 week born, 1 36kg ) now I'm giving him crelac from past 10days, but he was having cold from 2days, after eating ceralac he is vomiting ... why he is doing like tat sir

Why are you giving it to the child for past 10 days that’s what I’m not understanding you’re supposed to give proper food to the child also child has been premature your child would require more nutrition rather than giving proper food you are giving packaged food which has no health benefit second vomiting could be happening due to the congestion into the chest and throat of your child so kindly take proper medicines from your doctor and proceed with what they suggest
