Force feed nahi karein and eating ko fun time banaye. Kiddie bowl, plate or cup with a straw from brands like Babyhug feeding range mein serve karein and different colors and shapes mein dein. Diet mein fat and protein rich foods include karein like potato, rice, pumpkin, sweet potato, eggs, chicken, fish, legumes, ghee, milkshakes with dry fruits, banana, avocado, paneer and 550-650 ml milk everyday including variety of fluids.
