please check for health issues like nutritional deficiency, worm infection, stomach problem like colic, indigestion or constipation.
for Healthy weight gain, offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes, sweet potatoes, rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apple banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child diet
give massage to your child daily
maintain good hygiene.
