sir meri beti 2.6 mnth ki h... uska whht only 10 kg h.... sb kuch khati h... active h kafi but wght nhi bdh rha.... kse bdhau wght main..... bht kmjor dikhne lgi h

A. dear mum, for healthy weight gain of your 2.6 years old child, give all the foods that are prepared in the house give five meals this includes two healthy snacks give more than One Katori every time the meals should be wholesome having variety of food groups like grains, pulses/non veg vegetables green leafy vegetables fruits dairy products like curd paneer nuts control intake of high sugar, oil and salt containing food and beverages processed packaged foods
