the weight gain depends on many factors like kids activity level,food intake, etc.
so if your child looks happy healthy and active then no need to worry much about his or her weight.
because it is not only the parameter to judge your child's health
please focus on healthy development of your child.
offer homemade healthy food.
maintain proper gap between meal and snack time.
for healthy weight gain,
offer starch rich food like boiled potatoes,sweet potatoes,rice to your child.
give energy dense fruits like apples banana papaya etc to your child.
add dairy products like paneer curd ghee milk etc in your child's diet
maintain good hygiene.
