Good Growth of the child is very important and for this most important is that child should take a healthy diet where its necessary to give a balance diet which should contain all the nutrition required. This is very important for building the immunity also.
Encourage for green vegetables fruits dairy products all kinds of dal and other protein containing food items like soyabean eggs etc.
Some nutritional deficiencies can be a cause for less appetite like iron deficiency which is most common.tr
Supplements like iron supplements and multivitafmin with lysine like syp zincovit CL can be given for 1-2 months to increase the appetite.
Diet counselling is also very important .

Hi Your child is 2 KG underweight currently so I would recommend you to get a blood test and for your child to figure out the kind of deficiencies your child may be having I think it is mostly due to an iron deficiency go to consult your doctor and go ahead with that
