Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children4 years agoA. Give her a plate of colourful foods or cut out different shapes of food as in star shape or moon shape. Let her eat herself. Give her a spoon. She will try to pick food with it and keep trying until she succeeds. This way she can even eat the meal on her plate. Give her choices but limited choices - do you need paneer parantha or aloo parantha? The entire family should eat together. She will learn when she sees you enjoying the food cooked. Offer different textures of food. Let her play with the food and make a mess. This is how she will learn. Offer a new food with one of her favourite ones.
