A. yes aap paracetamol 4 ghante ke bad bhi repeat kar sakte hain but 24 ghante mein aap kam se kam char bar hi de sakte hain aur agar bich mein jarurat pade to syp ibugesic de sakte hain

A. It’s advisable to repeat the medicine after six hours only it’s okay if the child’s fever is repeating in five hours that’s a very normal nature so during this time I would advise you to do cold sponging that will help in reduction of the temperature in general also
