A. Dear Mom, apne nipple pe aap ointment lagaye , aloe vera gel bhi laga sakte hain taaki woh jaldi theek ho jaaye, par feed karne se pehle nipple ko acche se wash karlein. Also, apne hi doodh ko nipple pe lagaane se ghaav jaldi bhart jaayega aur aapko dard bhi nahi hoga
