Bonnisan you can give five drops to the child and always give a prefer giving medicines on to the left or right side of the mouth where the premolars come like on the edge of the mouth which it would be easier for the child to accept the medicine otherwise express some breastfeed and give it with the help of mixing the medicine into breastfeed with us spoon
