ExpertDr. Mohammed imranPaediatrician3 years agoA. baby is 1 month Constipation is common in exclusively breastfed babies feed the baby in sitting and c arm position burp everytime after feeding do cycling exercise wait till 10 days if the problem perissts kindly consult your doctor

This is quite normal and there is no need to give any medication for it. Sometimes babies don’t pass a stool for more than seven days and it is also considered normal. This is because babies are totally on mother’s milk and there is very less waste left in their stomach to poop out
