Q.

sir/ mam, please give an idea about how much water needed for an 8 month baby in a day and can we add salt to their food at this age?

A. You’re not supposed to add salt or sugar to the diet of the baby until the baby reaches at least one year of age. Give at least 250 to 300 ML of water Per day to the baby including the water given in the food cooking.Write Your Answer Here

A. You can give around 150 ml water and also give other liquids like soups to the baby and yes you can add salt and sugar in foods in moderate quantity take care

A. Hello mom Yes you can add very little amount of salt in babies regular food item. It is totally safe to add salt but not in more quantity. Rather than this baby should also take at least hundred to 200 ML water in a day. If baby is not taking sufficient water then you can also start giving coconut water it is very healthy for babies.
