sir Mai packet Ke dudh ko boil na Karke aisehi pee sakti hu kya weight gain Karne ke lie iske koi side effects to Nahi hai na ?

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children4 years agoA. han agar aap packet ka doodh peena chahte Hain without wiring karke ismein koi problem nahin kyunki packet ka dudh already pasteurization Kiya hoga isliye ismein koi problem nahin hogi .

Yes you can give
Limit milk to 500 ml
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana porridge khichadi curd rice dal rice etc
