sir/madam, please tell the loose motions control cyrup for below 1month old baby

Sporolac you can give but loose motions is very common at the this age I would advise if you are facing much of a problem please consult your paediatrician you shouldn’t be giving any medicine to the child I am only advising your probiotic but before that also would suggest you to check with your doctor
