Q.

Sir/Madam, my baby girl is 1yr and 11 month old. her stool is hard but stool is more hard after discontinue of breast feeding this month. she is facing difficulty to stool.what to do?

A. Hello dear parent! Increase the liquid intake and fibre intake of your child. Include all food groups in your child’s diet that is healthy and staple in your family. Bananas and apples are good for digestion and reducing constipation. Regularly massage your baby with Babyhug cold pressed coconut oil. Consult your child’s doctor for advice.
