A. increase the fluid intake to keep your baby well hydrated because when your baby is having fever a urine output can get reduced so you need to maintain good hydration by increasing the fluid intake

A. give ORS/ electrol powder/glucose+pinch of salt/Coconut water to baby in small quantity in intervals. your baby is 5 months old 40 to 50 ML of fluid you can give to baby per day. On personal experience it works. and you also should increase the fluid intake. take fluid as much as you can.
