Sir ma one month old boy baby is suffering from excess sputum please gve me a solution for this pbm

DR SHIWAJIRAO PATILGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. Hello, your baby boy is 1 month old and he is having lots of sputum so give him Zincovit 7 drops two times a day and clean his tongue daily once
