sir if there is speech in delay then is there big issues? and how can be resolve it

Author of questionFather of a 6 yr 10 m old boy4 years agoA. mam, he is not making eye contect completely, sometimes may be. and he says only like mamma, papa, but he says without identification, it means he will not say mamma when he will be with her.

shilpi BhandariMom of 4 children4 years agoA. hello mum if your child is able to speak few words then that means your baby is on the track and will start speaking fluently very soon moreover if he is making eye contact with you or listening to you properly then don't worry and if not then you need to consult with the speech specialist
