sir I want know that my son is always interested to play. and he have interest on chocolates and icecreams. he doesn't like to eat rice,dal and veggies. sir is it harmful or not.

Make meal time fun with toys and story telling
Give three meal and two snacks including seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato etc

In different shape colours pattern to make meal more interesting
