sir i have 20 months baby she is suffering from fever last 2days.howmany doses and ml we use paracetamol 250 mg . please reply fast sir

A. Fever is a response of the body to any kind of infection or any inflammatory process in body so you can gtive paracetamol in a dose of 15 mg/kg/dose as the first line treatment also this dose can be agafin repeated after every 5 to 6 hours if fever is repeating. and you can also do cold sponging of the body if required
