If your milk supply is low then try including protein rich foods, oats porridge, jeera water, fennel seeds and garlic in your regular diet. If you are non vegetarian then have mutton soup. It works best for naturally increasing the milk supply. If nothing works then consult the pediatrician they'll recommend a good formula milk for the baby. My sil too has a low breast milk supply issue. After following a healthy diet also her milk is not sufficient. On consulting the pediatrician he recommended to start giving formula milk to the baby. He recommended Dexolac Stage 1. It has the goodness of FOS and 36 vital nutrients that are good for the baby's immunity and healthy growth. And thankfully from day one it suited the baby so well.
