Hi You already got a surgery done I don’t think so it’s a reversible and also you know there is no sure shot think that if you try this time you will get a girl child only so well first of all in the first kid is not possible because of already got a surgery done if you want a girl child if it is okay with you you can go for surrogacy and maybe you can now drop the one
