sir good morning, iam from zaheerabad.. we using himalaya baby soap,, red colour pimples coming.. which soap we preferred

A. plz attach image of area and Consult your doctor who will examine the baby and will advise you with further management and investigations if any required because without examination it is difficult to comment on the current situation. use atogla lotion

A. Hi mommy Use any baby products which is chemicals free additives free and parabean free Use mamaearth milk cream and soap it’s good for baby and contains organic ingredients Apply coconut oil or olive oil twice daily

From some 4 to 5 days After bath she getting tiny pimples and red area around that from neck to stomach area only and it gets itching also... After 1 hrs it get normal...
