A. hello dear without watching the picture of the baby this is not possible to tell anything but the one thing is for sure that if this redness is spreading from one body part to another then this is definitely not the normal rash it can some allergy as well in that case you need to consult with the doctor for the proper medication and if it is not then you can simply try by applying a virgin coconut oil
