sir, c sec ke bad 40 days period hue the ,4 month ho gya h , pregnancy test negative h ,kal spoting hui kya ye normal h.

try to use effective contraceptive methods..
otherwise there's nothing to worry about

Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby. If you are still concerned better consult your doctor for a personal evaluation and seek further advice. Good luck and take care.
