along with proper diet , Healthy life style is important
so I advise to keep your child well hydrated
Yes, give Healthy freshly cooked food items
limit his outside food items intake
choose weather appropriate clothes for your child
make sure your child takes enough sleep
limit your child screen time
don't allow watching TV mobile or any other gadgets especially at meal time
practice yoga or mediation daily
