Q.

sir after delivery i have become fat when my baby is 7 months I came fat so wt i do I am eating rice at one time only that to in lunch taking chapti at night now so what I should do please suggest me has well as my belly fat is also increase please suggest me

A. Drink plenty of water..to flush out the excess fat from the system. Drinking lemon water after deliveey is the safest way to detox and get rid of the excess belly fat. Have healthy diet, have small meals frequent times a day, avoid consuming junk food . Eat a high-protein diet with plenty of soluble fiber. Avoid to eat a lot of sugary foods You can walk daily half an hour. Do aerobic exercise, cycling, Perform resistance training, Yoga, Suryanamaskaar, Pranayam.

A. can I do exercise in every time also morning I can do because our joint family cooking washing clothes house cleaning etc these work will be they can I do every time at 4.00
