sir 5 year old girl baby affected 2 month of tongue and tongue it's have little little dots. she doesn't eat spicy foods and told me it's spicy can't eat so I feed her curd rice mostly.... and doctor consult I put her junior lenzol tablet s,, after that vitamin b complex.. but tongue ulser doesn't cure...
