first of all meet your doctor and get the weight of the child assessment done.
if the weight gain of the child is within normal limits as well as the urine output is normal then do not worry about the feeding pattern, the sleeping pattern and the crying pattern of the child.
your doctor is the best person to tell you whether any outside milk is required or not until that time kindly continue only breastfeeding.
continue exclusive breastfeeding till 6 months of age of the child.
small all children take demand feeding that is when they feel hungry they will take feeding.

Aptmil gold you can give to the child as of now as that is going to be a good formula brand to start with you can start with stage 1 as of now and stage two should be given after completing the time of seven months prior to that it would not be advisable to be given to the child
