since I'm using breast pump my nipples are paining. plz guide me in this regard

A. Hello dear parent, breast feeding suffer form.yhis normal. So this is normal. You just need to give soelme rest to your nipple. You can use nipple shield FROM Babyhug. And then you can pump your breast to extract milk out of it.
