Q.

since few days my son is have blocked nose, all dry mucus I can seen and while breathing i can hear sound too... is any medication required...

A. hello u can use nasal drop or instant rub from babyhug which is effective and in regards to other medicines it is better to check with your doctor and she will be able to guide u accordingly which is better and also safe and nothing to worry about
