since couple of days i am noticing litrle redness n tiny acne eruptions over cheeks . last summer he already had mild measles post vaccination ..

Hello ma’am It may not be because of measles but it could be due to some other allergy or infection so I would advise you to consult your paediatrician for a proper check up it must be mostly allergy which is common with kids so just consult your paediatrician and get a medication done for it
