since 3 months by now sudden severe hair fall and still continues my hair is just like a thin rope now ...I have come on a trip for 5 month abroad nd going back soon what will b the reason and how to stop hair fall and grow it back

See sometimes water does not suit you sometimes it’s postpartum hair fall that can come any time so currently I’m going to recommend you take iron and Omega three supplement and also start applying onion coconut oil which you can make at home that’s very healthy for better hair growth and controlling hair fall
