Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children1 Year agoA. stomach pain in children is very common symptom, which may because of many reasons either it may be functional or maybe because of some Pathology for which proper assessment is required. If there is colic pain it may be because of gastroenteritis constipation may also be the reason or Gas related discomfort for which dietary modification should be done. worm infestation bhall some chronic infection, maybe the cause for recurrent or chronic stomach pain, for which consult your doctor syrup, cyclopam can be given initially in a proper dose to reduce colic pain .
